Pastor Tola Odutola, FCA, is the Senior Pastor of Jesus House Baltimore (JHB). He was a Chartered Accountant at Peat Marwick, KPMG and at DHL as Treasury Controller and Business Development Manager before being called into full time ministry.
Pastor Tola is the Chairman of Alpha Leadership Conference (ALC), an organization charged with promoting and teaching leadership skills to all people of all nations. He consults, mentors and coaches Pastors, speaks regularly at Leadership Conferences, Churches, Corporations, Minister’s Conferences, Seminars and other Leadership Development Opportunities.
He is the author of “I am better than this” and “Line Crossers”. He has a passion to challenge people to pursue and maximize their God-given potential.
Pastor Tola is happily married to Pastor Kofo Odutola, Co-Senior Pastor of Jesus House Baltimore and they are blessed with three children and a grandson.
Pastor Kofo Odutola is the Co-Senior Pastor of Jesus House Baltimore and the Director of Windsor Christian Academy — an MSDE-licensed and ACSI-accredited school owned by JHB, serving children from six weeks old through grade school. She is also the Child Care Director & Principal of the school, where she finds great joy in seeing the faces of eager learners each morning and witnessing the transformation of young lives through education and godly influence.
As a professional and a Pastor, Pastor Kofo is deeply passionate about seeing lives changed. She describes this transformation as reality dawning — especially when she sees young people come to church, grow in faith, and later return to testify about how far they’ve come. She treasures the fellowship of being around people she once didn’t know, yet now calls family through shared faith.
Pastor Kofo provides visionary leadership to several ministries within JHB. She oversees Jewels (the women’s ministry), Rubies (a mentoring group for women), and Chosen (the singles ministry). As the Pastor in charge of the Fusion marriage ministry, she brings her passion for strong marriages to life with the conviction that “marriages can work if you work it!”
Her favorite scripture is 1 Thessalonians 5:18, which reads, “In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” She firmly believes that no matter the situation, there is always an opportunity to give thanks to God.
Pastor Kofo holds a Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling and Spiritual Care. She describes herself as quiet, down-to-earth, easygoing, and not one for drama. Her life is marked by a daily pursuit of Jesus and a desire to know Him more deeply. She is determined to draw all she can from God and to walk faithfully in His ways.
Pastor Kofo is married to Pastor Tola Odutola, Senior Pastor of Jesus House Baltimore. Together, they are blessed with three beautiful children and a grandson.
